🟢 Order Placed: Order successfully placed, awaiting payment confirmation.
🟢 Confirmed: Payment received, and your order is now being processed.
🟢 In Warehouse: Products are in the warehouse undergoing quality checks.
🟢 Quality Check: Products have passed quality checks. If any fail, you’ll be notified via email.
🟢 Stitching: If stitching was requested, this status shows when it’s completed.
🟢 Ready to Ship: Products are packed and ready for shipment.
🟢 Dispatched: The order has been shipped, and tracking details are emailed to you.

Cancellation & Returns
Know More About Our Return Policy
1. We have a Self Return and Reverse Pick up policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection, once you select the products to return on our Return panel.
2. Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 7 days of delivery and fulfil any of the following conditions :
- Item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition.
- Item was not as per the image displayed on the website.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
4. The cost of return shipping will not be covered by Mirraw.com. Only in case of damaged products or products that are received wrong, Mirraw would cover the return shipping costs up to Rs. 100 in cases of Self Return.
5. You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product, or refund of money or coupon worth product amount, that you could use on future purchase from Mirraw.
6. Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item, or Lingerie Set items cannot be exchanged or returned.
I want to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Once your cancellation request is accepted, we will process your refund within 24 to 48 hours, either to your wallet or the original payment source.

How much time does Refund take?
All Refunds are processed in 7-8 working days .
Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to the vendors and customer has shared the details required for refund.
Below is the details required to process refund.
Domestic:
1. If payment is made via credit / debit card - Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Once the details are received the refund process is initiated.
2. If payment is made via Cash On Delivery / Deposit - Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Also, please share account details with Name on Account, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number used for NEFT Transaction. Once these details are received the refund process will be initiated.
International:
Please share correct tracking details once the product is shipped.
Please note that International Refunds are processed once the product is received by Mirraw.com.

How can I return a product?

. Once the order is
picked up, refund or wallet processing will occur as per our system.
Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?
The shipping costs for
returns are typically covered by our company. We provide reverse pick-up
services across India for most areas.
In cases where the
product cannot be picked up due to being in a remote area or no service
available, we request the customer to ship the product back to us. In such
instances, we reimburse the shipping cost, up to a maximum of 100 INR.
In how many days the returns will be accepted?
Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
How and when will I get my refund?
You will receive your
refund once the pick-up is completed. For cash on delivery (COD) refunds, the
amount can be transferred via NEFT or through the Cash free link.
NEFT (National
Electronic Funds Transfer) is a bank transfer method. You can upload your bank
details while proceeding with returns.
Cash free is a payment
gateway that facilitates instant payments.

free link via WhatsApp, email, or text message.
Click on the link, and
it will prompt you to verify how you want to proceed with the payment.
There are two options:
Bank: Upload your bank
details and verify them with an OTP.
GPay: Verify your
registered contact number with an OTP, and the refund will reflect instantly in
your account.
Please Note the link
will be valid for 7days
For prepaid orders,
refunds will be processed to the original source of payment. You can expect the
refund to reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
